Research Methodology in European Union Law
The Center for European Legal Studies of the Institute for Legal Research of the Romanian Academy deems that a first step in enhancing the impact of the scientific research performed in Romania is to establish a proper scientific environment liable to provide those interested – researchers and other classes of persons performing research – with the relevant instruments and also the possibility of a balanced distribution of the results.
