Workshop concerning identification methods for ECJ and ECHR case law over the internet
In the framework of the project “Research methodology in European Union law”, the Center for European Legal Studies of the Institute for Legal Research of the Romanian Academy is holding a workshop concerning means to employ in order to find out and establish the relevant case law of the ECJ and ECHR over the internet.
The works will be attended by Mihai Şandru, Mihai Banu and Dragoş Călin. The workshop is open mainly to young researchers, undergraduates and postgraduates (PhD students).
