Rezumat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideea protectiei drepturilor fundamentale, \u00een special a protectiei datelor cu caracter personal, s-a dezvoltat \u00een Europa, \u00een cadrul Uniunii Europene \u0219i Consiliului Europei. Articolul analizeaz\u0103 ipoteza unui posibil succes al reglemnt\u0103rii. Aceasta are \u00een vedere preluarea legisla\u021biei europene pe alte continente vs. preluarea ideii de protec\u021bie a datelor. De asemenea, sunt analizate situa\u021bii de aplicare a reglement\u0103rii europene pentru operatori de date din afara continentului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea of \u200b\u200bthe protection of fundamental rights, especially the data protection has been developed in Europe, within the European Union and the Council of Europe. The article analyzes the hypothesis of a possible success of the regulation. This takes into account the takeover of European legislation on other continents versus taking over the idea of \u200b\u200bdata protection. Situations of application of the European regulation for Data Controllers outside the continent are also being analyzed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
