The use of technological innovations in all branches of society becomes intuitive and appears to be naturally integrated especially by new generations these days. Even more, using artificial intelligence in order to improve the justice served to citizens appears instinctive, our officials being \u201cstolen\u201d by the multitude of tools made available, as well as by the speed of the promised results. This is what is desired, at least in theory. But is this result so easy to reach? Can it be built naturally, one step to another, one measure flowing from another, thus building a functional and fair whole? After some preliminary analysis, it is easy to see that the answer to the previous question is negative. Consequently, we believe that it is necessary to signal the need to develop a strategic approach, which can generate a methodology to be followed when we try to correctly build the digital facet of justice. In this regard, the present article will offer some necessary steps to apply in the process of developing a strategic document, to ensure a safe framework for the use of technology in the legal field from the perspective of respecting the fundamental rights of citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
