Abstract: This article features issues relating both to general EU law and to EU administrative law. The subject matter also raises intriguing issues concerning the relationship between annulment and damages as mechanisms for holding the administration accountable. These issues came together in the recent judgement of the Court of Justice of 14 July 2022 in Case C-36\/21, Sense Visuele Communicatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rezumat: Articolul de fa\u021b\u0103 prezint\u0103 aspecte at\u00e2t \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu dreptul UE general, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu dreptul administrativ al UE. Tema ridic\u0103 aspecte interesante \u0219i \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu raporturile \u00eentre ac\u021biunea anulare \u0219i cea \u00een desp\u0103gubire, ca mecanisme de tragere la r\u0103spundere a administra\u021biei publice. Aceste chestiuni s-au ridicat \u00eempreun\u0103 \u00een recenta hot\u0103r\u00e2re a Cur\u021bii de Justi\u021bie din 14 iulie 2022 \u00een cauza C-36\/21, Sense Visuele Communicatie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
