Este liantul dintre general \u015fi concret. Cu toate acestea, tot mai multe aluzii (sau chiar acuze) la adresa legiuitorului european au avut leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu detalierea normelor directivelor; pe de alt\u0103 parte, un important aspect \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu directiva este cel al aplic\u0103rii \u015fi interpret\u0103rii dreptului Uniunii, mai ales de c\u0103tre instan\u0163ele din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n The Directive \u2013 act of European Union law \u2013 and the Romanian Law The Directive is an act of European Union law (Article 288 TFEU) which joins together the legislative will at the level of the European Union and the power that the Member State enjoys in what concern its implementation. It ties up together the general and the particular. Nevertheless, more and more allusions (and even accusations) directed against the European legislator concern the comprehensive degree in norms of directives; on the other hand, an important issue related to the Directive is that of application and interpretation of European Union law, especially by courts and tribunals of Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n La directive \u2013 acte de droit de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne \u2013 et le droit roumain<\/strong> La directive est un acte de droit de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (article. 288 TFUE ) qui relie la volont\u00e9 l\u00e9gislative europ\u00e9enne avec la marge disponible aux \u00c9tats membres pour sa mise en \u0153uvre. Elle est la liaison entre le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le sp\u00e9cifique.
