Am pornit de la strategia Comisiei care pune \u00een aten\u021bie ca pilon fundamental dezvoltarea digital\u0103. In analiza garan\u021biilor juridice trebuie s\u0103 avem \u00een vedere analiza normativ\u0103, temeiurile juridice, \u00een principal Carta drepturilor fundamentale a Uniunii Europene.
