ELSA T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u0219 are deosebita pl\u0103cere de a v\u0103 invita la prima edi\u021bie a Concursului de Procese Simulate pe tema dreptului Uniunii Europene.<\/p>\n

Competi\u021bia se va desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een perioada 11-13 martie 2016, la sediul Universit\u0103\u021bii \u201ePetru Maior\u201d din T\u00e2rgu-Mure\u0219.<\/p>\n

\u021aelul concursului de drept european este s\u0103 reuneasc\u0103 studen\u021bii pasiona\u021bi de acest domeniu, oferindu-le posibilitatea s\u0103 analizeze \u015fi s\u0103 dezbat\u0103 o cauz\u0103 fictiv\u0103 construit\u0103 \u00een jurul unei componente extrem de importante a dreptului Uniunii Europene \u015fi anume trimiterile preliminare.<\/p>\n

Cadrul academic-competitiv le ofer\u0103 studen\u021bilor \u015fansa s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi valorifice eforturile \u00een cadrul celor dou\u0103 etape ale concursului: etapa scris\u0103, presupun\u00e2nd elaborarea a dou\u0103 memorii, din perspectiva ambelor calit\u0103\u021bi procesuale \u2013 Aplicant \u0219i Ap\u0103rare \u2013 \u0219i etapa oral\u0103, \u00eensemn\u00e2nd sus\u021binerea pledoariilor \u00een fa\u021ba unui juriu format din profesioni\u0219ti ai domeniului.<\/p>\n
