Cristina Florescu<\/strong>, lector univ. la Facultatea de Drept, Universitatea Spiru Haret, doctor \u00een drept cu teza \u201eInvestirea instan\u0163ei de arbitraj comercial\u201d, avocat \u00een Baroul Bucure\u015fti, autor al unor lucr\u0103ri de specialitate in materia arbitrajului si societatilor comerciale, publicate in tara si strainatate.<\/p>\n

Cristina FLORESCU is a lecturer at the Faculty of<\/div>\n
Law, Spiru Haret University, Bucharest, lawyer with her own<\/div>\n
commercial and arbitration law practice (Bucharest Bar) and<\/div>\n
also an arbitrator at the International Court of Commercial<\/div>\n
Arbitration (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of<\/div>\n
Romania). She participates regularly as an international<\/div>\n
arbitrator (member of the jury) to W.C. Vis Moot, Vienna<\/div>\n

Cristina FLORESCU<\/strong> is a lecturer at the Faculty of\u00a0Law, Spiru Haret University, Bucharest, lawyer with her own\u00a0commercial and arbitration law practice (Bucharest Bar) and\u00a0also an arbitrator at the International Court of Commercial\u00a0Arbitration (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of\u00a0Romania). She participates regularly as an international\u00a0arbitrator (member of the jury) to W.C. Vis Moot, Vienna\u00a0and FDI Moot. She is a PhD graduate, with a doctoral thesis\u00a0in the field of commercial arbitration published in Romania\u00a0(Commercial arbitration. Arbitral agreement and tribunal,\u00a0\u2015Universul juridic\u2016 Publishing House). Prior to her law\u00a0carrier she graduated also the Bucharest University, Faculty\u00a0of Mathematics, B.Sc. 1994, specializing in superior algebra.\u00a0She undertakes an internship training and research work at\u00a0the ICC Court of Arbitration (International Court of\u00a0Arbitration of International Chamber of Commerce) located\u00a0at Paris in 2006. Participant and speaker to numerous\u00a0international and domestic conferences in arbitration and\u00a0commercial law fields, also participation to scientific\u00a0sessions and seminars\/webinars organized by various\u00a0institutions, law faculties, ICC, VIAC, ICC Young\u00a0Arbitrators. Publications in several specialized journals,\u00a0reviews, collections of essays, books, courses in commercial\u00a0law, mediation and arbitration field.<\/p>\n
